Hank Mobley is the genius of the hardbop tenor saxophone. he performed with Lee Morgan, miles Davis and lots of other top notch jazz musicians in the fifties, sixties and seventies.He recorded a lot , and most of his brilliant recordings are available at Blue Note records. Check him out! As far as I am concerned his best record as a leader is <Soul Station>.Breathtaking beautiful tenor lines.
